When I heard Rylie was going to market her own line of flours and write a cookbook, I was beyond thrilled. I even volunteered myself to be a recipe tester! I ended up testing 10 recipes for her cookbook. The recipes were clear and easy to follow. Paired with her flour blends, each recipe was quick to mix, put in the oven, and EAT! The products were wonderful every time! Even my co-workers said the would never have known they were gluten free if they hadn’t watched me eat them.
