Bleu Cheese Dressing

Yield: 30 drool-worthy ounces

Ingredients

• 12 oz mayonnaise

• 4.25 oz buttermilk

• 2 oz sour cream

• 1 oz white wine vinegar

• 1 oz Worcestershire sauce

• 2 oz onion, finely diced

• 1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced

• 2 tsp pepper

• ½ tsp salt

• 6 oz GF bleu cheese crumbles

• 0.50 oz chives or parsley, finely chopped

 

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise through salt until thoroughly combined.

2. Fold in bleu cheese and chives or parsley.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least four hours.

4. Taste test; season further if needed.
